If you have questions about your water or sewer bill, our Customer Service Representatives can be reached at 770-535-6878, from 8 am through 5 pm, Monday through Friday.


Payments are due within 20 days of the bill date. Checks may be mailed to:

Cash, checks and credit card payments may be made Monday-Friday 8am to 5pm at the drive-through or walk up window at the address listed above.  You may call 770-535-6878 to make a payment with your credit/debit card 24 hours a day or with a representative Monday – Friday 8am to 5pm.  You may also make a web payment or submit a payment from your bank via bill pay.

When the office is closed, your payment plus the remittance section of the bill may be placed in one of the envelopes provided for your convenience and dropped in the Night Deposit Box located on the drive through side of the building. The City of Gainesville is not responsible for cash deposited in this manner.
